Zunkk is an AI-powered Gmail inbox management tool that helps you categorize emails, draft replies, and manage subscriptions. The Service requires access to your Gmail account via Google OAuth.

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a valid Gmail account
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Free Plan: 1 Gmail account, 50 emails processed per day, AI categorization, basic unsubscribe.

Pro Plan: $9.99/month, unlimited Gmail accounts, unlimited emails, AI reply drafts, priority support.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You can cancel at any time via your account settings. No refunds for partial months.

By using Zunkk, you grant us permission to access your Gmail data to provide the Service. We will:

• Read your emails to categorize and analyze them
• Send emails on your behalf (when you use the reply feature)
• Modify labels (to archive emails)

You can revoke access at any time via your Google account settings.

Free plan users are limited to 50 emails processed per day. Exceeding this limit will require upgrading to Pro. We reserve the right to enforce usage limits to prevent abuse.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Abuse, harass, or harm another person via the Service
• Transmit spam, viruses, or malicious code
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk emails

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Zunkk and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data. We process your Gmail data solely to provide the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• AI categorization will always be accurate
• The Service will meet your specific requirements

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZUNKK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time by disconnecting all Gmail accounts and contacting us at divydivyanshu157@gmail.com.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of India.
